Job Description

As our HR Assistant, you'll be supporting various aspects of our human resources operations and administrative functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Employee Data Management:
    • Monitor and process attendance records
    • Track and update work-from-home arrangements
    • Maintain HR databases and employee information
  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate with suppliers
    • Handle meeting schedules and follow-ups
    • Manage internal communications and announcements for company events
  • Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in screening job applications
    • Schedule candidate interviews
    • Support the overall recruitment process

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Initiative and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skill
