Job Description
- Getting your hands dirty with hands-on operational work on the ground if needed to ensure that all initiatives (Activation, Fulfillment, Support) are carried out effectively and seamlessly
- Conduct customer calls, surveys, and data collection, using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, etc
- Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and result
- Coordinate with Head of Business Unit or team within Business Unit to ensure that the agreed process/ plan are executed properly and smoothly
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of any major
- 2+ years experience working in operation role at other start-up companies
- Organize and accurately complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities while taking into consideration special assignments, frequent interruptions and deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of monitoring and the application of methodology
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
- Able to work individually and within the team
