IT Business Analyst  

What you'll do:

Facilitate Change management

• Act as a point of contact for users regarding complex queries
• Conduct user training to facilitate adoption of new systems
• Develop technical documentation and training materials
• Lead user adoption and customer education programs
• Support the development of change management plans

Develop technical specification

• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design
• Determine optimal means of meeting needs and requirements
• Function as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution implementation cycle
• Conduct Risk Assessment
• Facilitate detailed scoping, story session, process mapping, design and blueprinting
• Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications
• Verify that business requirements are incorporated into the design
• Create test scripts and facilitate testing
• Help business identify and measure relevant KPIs for Benefits Realization
• Work with relevant stakeholders during project lifecycle

Analyze business process

• Recommend alternative solutions to streamline processes
• Evaluate the viability and feasibility of possible improvements to processes
• Support the development of recommendations to increase efficiency of processes
• Support the review of existing business processes to identify opportunities

Manage Program

• Ensure continuous progress of the project in the absence of PM
• Work with users, PMs, technical staff, third-party developers/implementors and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation
• Serve as Back-up to Project Managers

Your strong passion to learn and accelerate your career, backed up with the following experience and knowledge:

• Good understanding and experience in implementing projects using different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
• Completed at least 1 end-to-end project implementation, either as lead or part of the project team (scoping to closing)
• With experience in Vendor Selection Process
