What you'll do:
- Audit Mastery: Conduct thorough audits of all Sales Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure full compliance in assigned areas.
- Strategic Feedback: Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to teams for performance enhancement.
- Comprehensive Analysis: Perform in-depth audits on Distributor Partners, focusing on sales information accuracy, CDT guidelines, and business process results.
- Reporting Excellence: Validate and ensure the accuracy of various sales reports, ensuring every number and strategy reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Process Improvement Champion: Identify key issues and reasons for substandard performance and recommend forward actions to continuously elevate our sales operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations, process auditing, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for perfection.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
