- Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
- Develop project strategies and execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
- Review and approve project deliverables.
- Ensure resource availability and project governance.
- Drive project performance and resolve critical issues.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale or strategic projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Project Management certification (pmp, prince2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
