Job Description
- Filing/scanning of Logistic documents - delivery receipts, suppliers invoices and delivery receipts. Updating and recording logistics and warehouse transaction.
- In charge in dissemination of puchase order with invoice for procurement liquidation and payment reference.
- Preparation of delivery receipts, pull out Permit, Accountability Form.
- Preparation of schedule of driver itinerary.
- Coordination in PM / IC regarding delivery schedules.
- Monitoring and answering drivers concern pick up / delivery issue.
- Answer queries regarding stock check inventories (materials, tools, equipment)
- Preparation of items of dispatch / delivery.
- Receiving and recording of incoming deliveries and pull out from site.
- Report any excess materials receive from Site and make sure to log in record.
- Receiving and verify accuracy of incoming materials.
- Monitoring of tools and equipment and securing records of tools whereabouts.
- Confirms availability of items to be dispatch by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
- Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials for dispatch.
- Ensure deliverable counts match the documents. Proper tagging of incoming materials.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits. Responsible in raising Purchase Request for warehouse stock fast moving materials.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or related qualification in supply chain, warehouse management, and inventory.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.
- Outstanding organizational and investigative abilities.
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods.
- Physically fit and mobile.
- Able to work night, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a face-paced environment.
- Familiatity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system.
- Able to work independently.
- Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory.
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
