- Preparation of billing invoices based on contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordination and Reconciliation of Billing with client Finance Department
- Forecast collection based on collectibles
- Preparation of Weekly Report in relation receivables highlighting aging/overdue and resolving dependencies in coordination with support departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- Experience in accounts receivable
- Knowledge of financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
