Job Description
We are looking for an Affiliate Account Specialist who is responsible for scaling out our affiliates effort as one of the biggest contributions to company growth by building good relationships with the potential client and creating partnership program from many channels like youtube, website, offline events, and others potential sources.
Your success day:
- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
- Acquire more potential affiliate networks or KOL (Key Opinion Leader);
- Analise campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI. Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend;
- Implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blog, etc to increase revenue targets;
- Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme;
Minimum Qualifications
What we expect:
- Advanced in English is a must;
- Effective sales and negotiation skills;
- Strong team management and partnership management skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Effective reporting and presentation skills;
- A good understanding of tracking technology.
