Job Description
- Act as the direct point of contact for Tier 2 accounts
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve shipper experience
- Report possible improvements to our platform/services that can solve shipper problems. Collate list to submit for discussion with product team if we hear of the same issues multiple times
- Introduce our referral scheme to shippers and get successful referrals or quality leads
- Retain and grow shipper volumes
- Report customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Manager
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Achieve monthly sales target set by the management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 1-2 years working experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM Software a plus.
- Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL will be advantageous.
