Job Summary:
The Nutriasia DVU CRM Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensuring that it is being used effectively to support the company’s goals. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, including data management, reporting, and analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CRM system is integrated with other systems and processes
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns using the CRM system
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide training and support to users of the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
