Job Description
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, interviews, and post-interview, employment processing, employee relations, and retention.
- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing the selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
- Manage general HR/administration duties for office and stores, day-to-day operations, administer staff claims/benefits/medical claims, leave/attendance, commissions.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Reporting to the Board of Management for HR performance.
- Protects organization's value by keeping the information confidential.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable in a startup company and F&B industry.
- Required Skill(s): BPJS TK & KS, Performance Management, Training Management, Maintaining Employee Files, People Skills, Resolving Conflict, Employment Law, Project Management, Office Experience - General, Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Administrative Writing Skills.
- Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to multi-task effectively, well organized and flexible in a changing and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with minimal management support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter.
- Experience using Talenta is a plus.
