- Act as a project manager for business acquisitions related to finance.
- Set up new finance, accounting, and other systems for new businesses or companies.
- Implement business process improvements to achieve efficiency and maintain robust controls.
- Lead and manage the Finance department to ensure financial records are accurate and compliant with legal standards.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting reports to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Optimize company processes and manage facility requirements.
- Oversee IT systems and direct HR functions such as payroll.
- Support senior management with data-driven insights and manage external vendor relationships.
- Ensure sufficient cash flow for payments while maximizing returns from investment placements and loan needs.
- Lead the monthly capital requirement process together with accounting and other departments.
- Monitor cash flow, oversee banking relationships, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or Akt.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial roles, with at least 2 years in a senior management capacity.
- Experience in multiple industries, including Supply Chain, Retail, Livestock, and Fintech.
- Previous experience as a business consultant or external auditor, preferably from a Big 4 audit firm.
- Advanced knowledge of PSAK / IFRS.
- Intermediate knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, specifically PPh and PPN.
- Strong proficiency in financial forecasting and operational optimization.
- Proven ability to lead teams, communicate with a Board of Directors, and partner with a CEO.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership qualities as a team builder and leader creator.
- Exceptional attention to detail (Detail Oriented).
