Job Description
- Create and maintain documentation about the sales process, policies to help connect new Account Executive talent.
- Prepare for meeting materials, call materials, make KPIs and think of ways to increase retention.
- Provide reports for sales performance, forecasts and pipeline data as required by management
- Increase sales productivity by enabling teams to work smarter by simplifying the process
- Identify and make recommendations to eliminate obstacles and inconsistencies in the sales process
- Collaborate with other departments - finance, production, RnD for successful sales projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Bussiness, Management, Marketing or equivalent
- 0-2 years of sales experience or sales operations
- Familiarity with the CRM System is a plus
- Fluent in english
- Strong with data, numbers and understand about KPIs
- Strong analytics, results and success-oriented mentality, convey a sense of urgency and encourage problems solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
