Job Description
- Become a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure they are successful on our platform
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site metings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide on-the-spot onboarding and training to customers
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
- Faciliate periodic reviews with customers, determining new requirements and further success through engaging and consultative discussions
- Continually gather provide input on product roadmap
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Accounting
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Customer Success or Equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption and retention
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative skills
- Loves working with client and thrives on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Strong team player but still a self-starter
- Understand the Banking/Fintech/payment market in Indonesia
- Willing to work shifting and weekend
- Willing to work shifting
- Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
