Job Description
- Create social media and campaign strategy
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
- Create a regular publishing schedule for all social platform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn)
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Increase the interaction and engagement in all social platform
- Create website and social media content
- Provide caption and copy for ads and all social media platform
- Create Content and Social Media monthly report
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, business or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO is preferreable
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
