Job Description
- Help develop and recommend Affiliate Marketing plans and campaigns; collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure plans are in alignment with business goals and strategies.

· Build campaigns including promotional consumer offers, landing pages and reporting

Manage affiliate marketing calendar to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Collaborate with the greater marketing team to ensure clear communication.

Generate and analyze Affiliate Marketing reporting and user results to optimize campaign performance.

Identify and drive opportunities to continuously improve Affiliate Marketing channels and campaign performance.
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of experience working with affiliate marketing, partnership marketing or similar field
- Experience in coordinating projects and deadlines
- Experience dealing with large media budgets or multiple partners
- Experience working in sports preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience in digital products, site design or graphic design is preferred
- Ability to perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Maintain confidentiality
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
- Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities changes on short notice
