Marketing Strategy & Research

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
• Assist in creating product messaging and promotional materials to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Public Relations & Brand Coordination

• Build and maintain relationships with brands, content creators, influencers, and industry partners.
• Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and credibility.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and brand partnership meetings.

Social Media Management & Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow the PC Worth social media presence by posting engaging content and updates.
• Repost and promote partner brands’ content to maintain brand synergy.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to enhance customer engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop social media content, graphics, and videos.

Advertising & Promotions

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promos, and special offers.
• Oversee online and offline advertising efforts, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
• Track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Documentation & Budget Management

• Maintain records of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) provided by brands and ensure proper fund allocation.
• Prepare and present cost breakdowns for each promo, campaign, or event.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with budget constraints and financial goals.

Procurement & Event Support

• Handle purchasing for marketing assets, promotional items, and event materials.
• Coordinate logistics and vendor partnerships for events and activations.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate and public events.

• Must have knowledge of PC Worth and its products/brand.
• Must have at least one (1) year of relevant marketing experience.
• With strong analytical and planning skills.
• With excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• With good communication and presentation skills for effective coordination and execution.
