- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve established targets
- Manage the performance of sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and coordinate with sales and sales support teams
- Maintain good relationships with merchants to improve satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare regular operational and sales reports for management and provide strategic recommendations based on regional performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, with 3 years in a team leadership role
- Strong understanding or hands-on experience in selling Point of Sale (mobile/web) Application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace for preparing reports, presentations, and branch planning
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Comfortable working with targets and in a dynamic environment
