Creative Designer  

• Develop creative visual assets that strengthen the company's branding across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Create marketing materials for campaigns, social media, digital ads, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging UI Design web and mobile applications.
• Produce internal corporate materials such as company collateral, operational materials, event assets, and other business communication needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective visual solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, asset generation, and production efficiency.
• Edit basic short-form videos and simple motion graphics to support marketing and brand campaigns.
• Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and are ready for both digital and print production.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of UI Design, branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiar with preparing artwork for both digital and print production.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar creative tools.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI, branding, marketing, or digital creative work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in designing for FinTech, SaaS, or digital products.
• Basic knowledge of design systems and responsive design.
• Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs, or social media videos.
• Photography or photo retouching skills.
• Passion for exploring emerging design trends and AI technologies.
