Job Description:
- Recruit, develop and maintain at all times a successful team of 6-7 medical sales representatives.
- Deliver 100% of the monthly and periodic assigned team sales objectives.
- Train, coach and motivate team members to perform effectively the day to day tasks and responsibilities within the corporate guidelines.
- Key roles for District Sales Manager:
- In charge for inputs to the Sales Senior Business Managers as well as the management for strategic business and promotional plans for current and future services.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supervising Hospital Sales Representatives/Specialists.
- Evaluate and identify improvement and development opportunities for the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
- Set and maintain competent product knowledge and selling skills standards within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years solid experience as a Team Manager
- Proven competency to lead a team of 6-7 medical sales representatives achieving the assigned monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1year work experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Persuasive and resilient
