The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the HR Business Partner team you will help drive the Firm’s people strategy and create a unique people experience for each individual. As a Senior Associate, you will work as a critical team player, promoting consistent and timely implementation of performance and development management processes while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

- Drive the implementation of performance management processes

- Mentor junior associates on HR exemplary practices

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4 years of HR experience in Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Organizational Development or Performance Management

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
