Sales Coordinator  

This position directly reports to the Senior Sales Account Partner, functionally and administratively.

He/She is responsible for the providing daily Clerical Support to the Institutional Sales Section with the aim of ensuring that all requirements are met on a seamless and timely manner that is consistent with the organization’s Mission, Vision, Values and Goals whilst maximizing profitability at all times.

The Sales Coordinator is also tasked to serve as the person responsible for preparation of documents relative to Sales, accepting payments and making change for customers who pay in cash.

• Assists Sales Account Partner with preparation of documentary requirements which includes but not limited to cash handling and remittances to Accounting.
• Prepares and monitors Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts and Collection Receipts.
• Prepares and monitors Supporting Documents such as IRTF and COMI.
• Assists walk in customers, and serve them until end of sale, with excellent customer service to maximize sales.
• Handles editing/recording of Sales Invoice in system.
• Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures.
• Prepares Daily Sales Reports and Remittances.
• Accepts cash payment and make change.
• Files yellow copy of Sales Invoices, ensuring that all entries are recorded and printed before turning over to Accounting Section.
• Files yellow copy of Collection Receipts, ensuring that all entries are recorded and printed before turning over to Accounting Section.
• Implements best practices and quality management system
• Observes company communications, policies and practices.
• Collaborates with immediate superior in identifying strategies in hitting goals and targets.
• Logs delivery itinerary request via Rose Task Manager before cut off time.
• Performs any other tasks that his/her superior or management may assign him/her.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Marketing, Nutrition or Food Technology, or any related courses
• Preferably with least one (1) year experience in Sales and/or Customer Service within the same industry to ensure in-depth understanding of business model.
• Knowledge in sales and marketing planning, program execution and client relationship management.
• Effective communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical ability, with high levels of initiative and drive.
• Customer-focused, result-oriented and a team player.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Apps.
• Excellent PR and pleasing personality.
