- Menyiapkan report dan rekonsiliasi data setiap bulan (data BPJS, slip gaji, dan lainnya).
- Menginput data TAD (Tenaga Alih Daya) baru maupun yang sudah ada (eksisting).
- Melakukan visit ke klien atau TAD yang bekerja pada klien.
- Membantu mempersiapkan PKWT, Paklaring, dan dokumen lain yang dibutuhkan.
- Mampu menyelesaikan isu dan masalah yang terjadi dengan cepat dan bekerja sama dengan tim terkait.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan min. D3.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Client Relation Officer, Account Management, dan posisi sejenis.
- Memiliki kemaampuan berkomunikasi (Interpersonal) yang baik dan melakukan negosiasi dengan klien, TAD, dan pihak terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan attention to detail.
- Memiliki kemampuan multitasking dan dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik (Ms. Excel diutamakan).
