- Perform end-to-end manual testing for web-based and enterprise applications in Supply Chain, Retail, and Warehouse Management domains.
- Create, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
- Conduct API testing using Postman to validate integration flows, request/response data, authentication, and system communication.
- Perform performance and load testing using JMeter to evaluate system stability, response time, and application performance.
- Validate and verify data using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
- Execute functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, track, and retest bugs/issues to ensure successful resolution before production release.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders during the testing lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and provide feedback to improve product quality and system usability.
- Support deployment validation and post-release testing activities to ensure system reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Manual Engineer or Software Tester.

- Experienced in handling projects within Supply Chain, Retail, or Warehouse Management systems.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
- Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing.
- Experience using JMeter for performance and load testing.
- Strong SQL and database validation skills using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Familiar with test case creation, test documentation, and bug reporting tools.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple testing activities simultaneously.
