Full Stack Developer  

THE ROLE
JJ GROUP looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to build our new business as an extension of the JJ GROUP.

You will collaborate and integrate closely with other departments within the JJ circle related to the development of this new business.

Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a comprehensive e-commerce platform (front-end, back-end, database, and cloud integration).
Develop scalable solutions for high-traffic applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
Design, develop, and optimize responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
Build and maintain robust back-end systems, APIs, and databases.
Integrate secure payment gateways, third-party APIs, and logistics systems.
Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices for e-commerce.
Mentor and mentor junior developers, building a culture of innovation and best coding practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record in e-commerce platforms.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue (front-end).
Solid back-end experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or Laravel.
Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Experience in payment integrations, cart/checkout systems, and order management systems.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce SEO, performance optimization, and mobile-first design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Headless Commerce (Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or custom builds).

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.

Knowledge of AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or analytics in e-commerce.

Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing environment.
