- Melakukan database health check, monitoring availability, status database, dan replication.
- Melakukan troubleshooting, tuning, preventive & corrective maintenance database.
- Melakukan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) terhadap incident dan problem.
- Mendukung kegiatan change, upgrade, migration, enhancement, dan Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, vendor, dan pihak terkait dalam penyelesaian incident/problem.
- Memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan performance, availability, dan reliability database.
- Menyusun laporan event, incident, problem, dan operational trends.
- Mendukung kebutuhan audit internal maupun eksternal terkait database dan IT Operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal S1 jurusan terkait IT: Teknik Komputer, Manajemen Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Sistem Komputer, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dalam application support, troubleshooting aplikasi, database support, IT Support, atau posisi terkait.
- Memahami konsep SDLC (Waterfall/Agile) dan ITIL, khususnya Incident & Problem Management.
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai database dan dasar-dasar bahasa pemrograman.
- Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, troubleshooting, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Mampu melakukan database monitoring, health check, troubleshooting, dan performance analysis.
- Memahami Root Cause Analysis (RCA) serta preventive dan corrective maintenance.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal, dan teamwork yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift 24/7.
