Social Media Specialist  

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Strategy & Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive monthly social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for both brands, collaborating closely with the creative and production team to brief and guide content creation.

● Campaign & Event Coordination: Coordinate digital coverage and messaging for brand activations, community gatherings (e.g., creative workshops, live music events, wellness sessions), and exclusive clinic promotions.

● Community Engagement: Monitor and actively respond to comments and direct messages coming into our social media channels to ensure prompt audience interaction and service.

● Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engangement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversions) and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

● Trend Tracking: Stay ahead or digital trends, audio shifts, and platform algorithms to keep both brands innovative and culturally relevant.

Qualifications:

● Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Specialist or Digital Marketer.

● Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skill in English (fluency in indonesian is also required for local context).

● Deep understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and best practices for Instagram and TikTok.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● A strong eye for aesthetics, luxury brand positioning, and modern visual trends.
