Verification & Validation
- Memverifikasi kesesuaian penggunaan BMHP dengan rekam medis.
- Memastikan penggunaan BMHP sesuai tindakan dokter.
- Melakukan cross-check dengan catatan perawat.
- Melakukan validasi terhadap penggunaan item mahal (high-value items).
- Menindaklanjuti selisih penggunaan.
System Input & Documentation
- Menginput penggunaan BMHP ke sistem ERP/HIS.
- Memastikan setiap penggunaan terhubung dengan nomor rekam medis dan invoice pasien.
- Melakukan pembaruan data penggunaan harian.
- Mengarsipkan formulir penggunaan BMHP.
Inventory Reconciliation
- Rekonsiliasi penggunaan BMHP dengan stok gudang.
- Membandingkan stok fisik dengan stok sistem.
- Mengidentifikasi selisih penggunaan.
- Menyusun laporan variance.
- Berkoordinasi dengan gudang dan farmasi untuk investigasi selisih.
Cost Control & Billing Support
- Memastikan seluruh BMHP yang bersifat chargeable masuk ke tagihan pasien.
- Mengidentifikasi penggunaan BMHP yang tidak tertagih.
- Mendukung perhitungan biaya tindakan (procedure costing).
- Memberikan data penggunaan kepada Accounting untuk analisis HPP.
Internal Control & Compliance
- Memastikan pencatatan sesuai SOP.
- Menjaga kelengkapan dokumen penggunaan BMHP.
- Mendukung audit internal dan eksternal.
- Menjaga kerahasiaan data pasien.
Continuous Improvement
- Mengusulkan efisiensi penggunaan BMHP.
- Mengembangkan dashboard penggunaan BMHP.
- Mendukung digitalisasi formulir penggunaan.
- Memberikan rekomendasi standarisasi pemakaian BMHP.
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Jurusan Akuntansi atau jurusan terkait.
- Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun.
- Memahami proses Pengelolaan Barang Habis Pakai (BHP).
- Mampu melakukan pencatatan dan monitoring penggunaan BHP secara akurat.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan pembuatan laporan penggunaan barang.
