- Memahami dan menerjemahkan brand positioning ke dalam aktivitas marketing.
- Menjaga konsistensi brand identity.
- Menyusun annual/monthly brand activation plan.
- Melakukan analisis market dan consumer trends.
- Melakukan competitor benchmarking.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang produk, campaign dan channel baru.
- Memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan brand berdasarkan data.
2. Brand Campaign
- Menyusun campaign calendar bulanan.
- Mengembangkan konsep campaign sesuai objective.
- Menentukan campaign theme, key message dan target audience.
- Berkoordinasi dengan creative/content team.
- Menyiapkan campaign brief.
- Mengawal campaign execution.
- Memastikan campaign berjalan sesuai timeline.
- Melakukan post-campaign evaluation.
- Menghasilkan improvement plan untuk campaign berikutnya.
3. Content & Social Media
- Menyusun monthly content direction.
- Menentukan content pillar.
- Membuat creative brief.
- Mengawasi kualitas visual dan copywriting.
- Memastikan tone of voice sesuai brand.
- Mengidentifikasi tren content.
- Melakukan content performance review.
- Mengembangkan content berdasarkan data engagement dan conversion.
4. Sales & Commercial
- Monitoring sales performance.
- Menganalisis revenue per channel.

Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimal 2–4 tahun pengalaman di bidang: Brand Management, marketing, fashion / apparel, premium retail, E-commerce, lifestyle brand, beauty / aesthetic, consumer goods
- Pengalaman membangun atau mengembangkan brand premium menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki taste terhadap fashion dan luxury/premium branding.
- Memahami tren fashion, body shaping, wellness, beauty atau lifestyle.
- Aktif mengikuti perkembangan Instagram, TikTok, marketplace dan social commerce.
- Memahami perilaku konsumen wanita menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu menggunakan Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office atau tools marketing sejenis.
- Bersedia melakukan market visit, store visit, event, campaign activation dan partnership meeting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
