Job Desk Utama
- Mengidentifikasi dan mencari peluang bisnis baru untuk meningkatkan revenue perusahaan.
- Melakukan riset pasar, kompetitor, dan tren industri.
- Mencari, menghubungi, dan membangun hubungan dengan calon klien atau partner.
- Menyusun strategi pengembangan bisnis berdasarkan target perusahaan.
- Melakukan presentasi produk atau layanan kepada calon klien.
- Menyiapkan proposal, quotation, dan kebutuhan dokumen kerja sama.
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, terms, dan bentuk kerja sama dengan calon partner/klien.
- Menjaga dan mengembangkan hubungan baik dengan klien serta partner.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing, sales, operation, dan finance untuk memastikan proses kerja sama berjalan lancar.
- Melakukan follow-up terhadap leads hingga mencapai kesepakatan.
- Memantau pencapaian target dan membuat laporan perkembangan bisnis secara berkala.
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, terutama Marketing, Business Management, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2-4 tahun dibidang Business Development, Sales, Account Management, atau Partnership
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
- Berorientasi pada target dan hasil.
- Mampu melakukan market research dan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis.
- Memiliki kemampuan membangun dan mempertahankan relasi.
- Proaktif, percaya diri, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
