- Execute project activities according to the agreed project timeline
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and provide initial solutions to emerging problems
- Perform testing and quality checks to ensure implementation outcomes meet the required standards
- Support go-live activities, including user assistance and initial issue handling
- Prepare project documentation and regular progress reports for the PMO/Project Manager
- Contribute to improving implementation processes for better efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project implementation, project coordination, operations, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Proficient in using JIRA for managing tickets, sprints, and workflows
- Able to extract data and prepare project reports based on JIRA data
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to prepare clear reports and documentation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
