- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, system administration, and Big Data platforms.
- Perform patching, backups, and corrective maintenance to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and Big Data operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain secure, efficient, and high-performing systems.
- Support day-to-day infrastructure operations, ensuring continuity and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Big Data Platform.
- Proven experience in handling patching, backup, and day-to-day infrastructure operations.
- Strong competence in corrective maintenance, patching, backup management, and troubleshooting of infrastructure and Big Data platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure system reliability and operational continuity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and stakeholders to maintain stable and secure infrastructure.
