- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Support project execution and monitor progress, timeline, and deliverables.
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide application support and coordinate issue resolution.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Support solution analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, and post go-live activities.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Male/Female, 22–30 years old (female candidates are required to wear hijab).
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a State University (PTN) or selected private universities such as BINUS University, Institut Teknologi PLN, or Telkom University.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.50.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Business Partner, Application Support, or a similar role.
- Experience in project management and involvement as a Solution Analyst (SA) or Business Analyst (BA).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table).
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Figma, and Canva.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
