Job Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze and map business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business/users and IT/development teams.
- Support the development, UAT, and implementation processes.
- Ensure that the developed solutions align with business requirements and stakeholder needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
- Experienced in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
- Familiar with BRD, FRD/FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite at Jakarta
