We're Hiring: Facility & General Affairs Administration Internship!
We're looking for a Facility & General Affairs Administration Intern to support our day-to-day administrative activities, maintain documentation, and assist operational coordination across the Facility & General Affairs team.
What you'll do
- Managed administrative and operational documentation.
- Maintained records, reports, and inventory data.
- Supported front office and guest reception activities.
- Assisted with meetings, reporting, and daily operational tasks.
- Coordinated document filing and cross-department administration.
- Supported asset management and audit preparation.
