- Manage and organize company documents.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Input data into administrative systems.
- Support communication with clients (via phone/email/WhatsApp) regarding documents or scheduling.
- Assist supervisor/manager in preparing work materials and presentations.
- Arrange meetings, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure document completeness.
- Provide administrative support to field teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and related tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, polite, and professional.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
