Job Description
- Responsible to developed the overall bancassurance business with monitor and execute all strategic sales plans and activities to ensure comply with local regulations and compliance to achieve bank partners target
- Manage & engage bank partner relationship to ensure smooth running in delivering targets and created customers gathering with bank partners.
- Responsible to review sales performance, supervising and develop sales strategy development team (coaching clinic & sales, sales techniques, objection handling)
Minimum Qualifications
National Sales Head will be responsible for sales within his/her department , he also responsible for number of sales, qualities of sales and impact related with sales such as recruitment, monitoring ,evaluating and developing team member
Job Requirement:
- Having at least 8 years working experience in Insurance
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Excellent skill in public speaking and negotiation skill
- Able to translate data into action plan
