Job Description
- Check the completeness of medical documents when the customer is going to be hospitalized at the provider’s hospital.
- Coordinate with hospital and/or Admedika officers in accelerating the inpatient-assurance process, especially those related to the completeness of medical documents
- Coordinate with the AHA (Allianz Hospital Assistance) team concerning which information will be conveyed by the AHA team to the customer
- Make daily reports related to the performance of providers’ hospitals, especially providers’ hospitals that are uncooperative or problematic such as changing diagnoses/medical information, not completing documents during admission, or only submitting complete documents during the discharge process
- Coordinate with the Allianz team at the Head Office if the customer that is going to be treated at the providers’ hospital is flagged or suspicious
- Explain to the customer if the assurance is rejected
- Assist in the completeness of the power of attorney if an investigation is needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Have experience in insurance / TPA field at least 2 years
- Have insurance knowledge
- Good communication and presentation skills
