- Supporting for investigation activities including Finance, Travel Agent, Legal and vendor
- Handling reporting for result of investigation for periodicaly
- Administer investigation documents
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, pleadings, and briefs
- Maintaining, organizing, and updating client files, and tracking court dates and deadlines
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum diploma required; college degree or specialized legal administrative certification is preferred
- Prior experience in a legal or professional office setting is usually essential
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication, proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
