Job Description
Job Purpose
Plan and apply the company-level ESR (Environment & Social Responsibility) strategy to ensure that all company operational processes are in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibility as an ESR Manager would be:
Managing People:
- Create and direct the implementation of the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of subordinates in order to improve the competence and performance in accordance with the demands of the job.
- Delegating and distributing tasks between departments so that the entire program can be executed and distributed in accordance with the Job Description and KPI of each subordinate.
- Implementing reward-punishment and doing job enrichment & job enlargement in order to motivate subordinates. Conduct coaching & counseling to improve performance and provide solutions for subordinates.
Environment & Social Responsibility
- Planning programs for various Astra programs so the program will run smoothly and effectively.
- Ensure the implementation of Astra programs according to the plans and targets that have been specified.
- Coordinate with related parties to make policies for occupational safety and security standards at the company level.
In order to ensure the realization of the safety and security of the working environment and improve the company's image.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Possess at least bachelors degree from any majors
- Experienced 8 to 10 years in Relationship Management / Environment & Social Responsibility related
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Creative & have strong job execution skills
