Job Description
- Conduct consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- List properties for sale by evaluating market value and advising sellers on pricing.
- Show properties to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to reach favorable terms.
- Guide clients through financing, inspections, and closing processes.
- Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding of local property trends, pricing, and legal processes.
- Strong ability to persuade and close deals.
- Ability to build relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Ability to generate leads through referrals, social media, and open houses.
- Self-motivated & target-driven.
