- Menerima dan memproses permintaan barang dari toko
- Membuat dan menginput Purchase Order (PO) berdasarkan kebutuhan toko
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan vendor terkait pemesanan dan pengiriman barang
- Memastikan barang diterima sesuai dengan PO dan melakukan input ke sistem stock
- Melakukan pengecekan dan verifikasi invoice dari vendor
- Melakukan pengecekan transaksi penjualan harian toko
- Memverifikasi apakah pembayaran (tunai/non-tunai) telah masuk ke rekening perusahaan
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi antara laporan penjualan, penerimaan uang, dan mutasi rekening
- Menyusun laporan administrasi dan operasional secara berkala
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal Lulusan SMA/SMK Semua Jurusan
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di posisi administrasi atau support operasional
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Word dan Excel)
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, lisan maupun Tulisan
- Teliti, rapi, mampu mengelola dokumen dan administrasi dengan baik.
- Dapat mengendarai sepeda motor
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya
