- Mengelola, memantau, dan melakukan follow up seluruh order agar selesai sesuai SLA.
- Memvalidasi, melakukan filtering, serta memastikan status order akurat sebelum proses close di sistem.
- Merekap, melakukan crosscheck, dan rekonsiliasi data order menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki pengalaman di industri telekomunikasi
- Memahami basic Fiber Optic serta analisa dalam permasalahan gangguan fiberoptic untuk eskalasi langsung tiket gangguan dari customer
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Memiliki karakter melayani & skill berkomunikasi yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shifting
