- Mengelola dan memperbarui merchant database, sales pipeline, serta progress merchant activation secara akurat.
- Memastikan kelengkapan merchant data, agreements, promotional documents, dan commercial program records.
- Menyiapkan daily & weekly reports terkait team performance, sales pipeline, productivity, dan merchant follow-ups.
- Mengelola tracker menggunakan Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, dan internal systems, termasuk melakukan pengecekan data dan menemukan potential errors.
- Memberikan dukungan administratif untuk merchant promotions, Ads, dan commercial initiatives, serta berkoordinasi dengan Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, dan stakeholder terkait.
Minimum Qualifications
- D3/S1 jurusan Business Administration, Management, Accounting, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales Administrator, Operations Administrator, atau posisi sejenis.
- Proficient dalam Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, termasuk Pivot Table, Lookup Functions, Filter, dan basic data processing.
- Memiliki attention to detail, organizational skills, dan kemampuan multitasking yang baik.
- Pengalaman di food delivery, FMCG, marketplace, banking, atau technology menjadi nilai tambah.
- Familiar dengan CRM/sales pipeline system, merchant onboarding, promotions, atau digital advertising menjadi nilai tambah.
