- Melakukan outbound call untuk mencari dan mengakuisisi merchant baru.
- Mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasi potential leads sesuai target market.
- Melakukan follow-up hingga leads berpotensi menjadi merchant.
- Menjelaskan produk, fitur, dan benefit Produk kepada calon merchant.
- Mengelola database dan mencatat perkembangan setiap leads.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait dalam proses merchant onboarding.
- Mencapai target lead generation dan merchant acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal SMA/SMK/D3/S1 jurusan Pemasaran, Bisnis/Manajemen, Ilmu Komunikasi, Administrasi Bisnis/Niaga, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman di Telemarketing, Telesales, Sales, Business Development, atau Merchant Acquisition menjadi nilai tambah.
- Komunikatif, persuasif, percaya diri, mampu bernegosiasi dan membangun relasi.
- Target-oriented, proaktif, pantang menyerah, adaptif, dan cepat belajar.
- Diutamakan berdomisili di Bandung.
