- Melakukan recap dan reconciliation transaksi TVS secara akurat.
- Menyiapkan invoice untuk seluruh business channel sesuai kebutuhan.
- Mengkoordinasikan dan melakukan supervisi tim selama proses Month-End Closing (MEC).
- Melakukan monitoring Accounts Receivable (AR), termasuk outstanding dan overdue payment.
- Melakukan follow up pembayaran yang belum terselesaikan serta melakukan eskalasi jika terdapat kendala.
- Memelihara dan membuat reporting terkait cash flow TVS.
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, atau bidang terkait.
- Memahami dasar invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation, dan cash flow.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets.
- Teliti dan memiliki kemampuan numerik yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi, komunikasi, dan follow up yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline yang ketat, terutama selama proses Month-End Closing.
