Job Description
- Memimpin dan mengelola seluruh kegiatan akuntansi perusahaan diantaranya perhitungan beban pokok penjualan dan pembukuan seluruh kegiatan keuangan
- Menetapkan rencanan kerja serta target tahunan yang ingin dicapai Departemen Akuntansi
- Menyusun serta memperbaiki sistem dan prosedur bagi seluruh kegiatan Departemen Akuntansi
- Mengelola proses pencatatan, penyesuaian, pelaporan, dan analisis akuntansi
- Melakukan pengawasan pelaksanaan prosedur/aturan yang berlaku
- Mendukung Direksi dalam memformulasikan rencana keuangan
- Menyusun budget operasional perusahaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Finance & Accounting Manager
- Lebih disukai jika memiliki sertifikat CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menganalisa Laporan Keuangan
- Menguasai dan memiliki pengalaman perpajakan, sistem kerja internal dan eksternal
- Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu
- Mempunyai loyalitas yang tinggi, jujur, disiplin, teliti dan tega
