- Assist in defining and champion the product vision, requirements, and roadmap, leveraging an in-depth understanding of engineering, design, and business imperatives.
- Assist in the organization's agile transformation, ensuring that agile principles, methodologies, and tools are consistently and effectively applied across teams.
- Assist leadership figures, ensuring that every decisions align with the product vision and business needs.
- Foster strong relationships across the organization, skillfuly balances between engineering, design, and business.
- Drive the standardization of product development and programming language usage across all products and features.
- Ensure that agility is not only implemented but also continuously improved upon, assessing and implementing best practices as necessary.
- Collaborate with business partners, and other stakeholders to identify technical and functional system requirements, set work priorities, and ensure integrated designs and deliverables that resonate with the end-users.
- Cultivate an innovative atmosphere that encourages the application of cutting-edge technology, creative solutions, teamwork, and continuous skill and knowledge enhancement.
- Assist in spearheading reviews and retrospectives, instituting a culture of regular feedback and iterative development.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams through the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions, drawing upon established agile frameworks.
- Oversee the complete SDLC for both new and ongoing products/features, guaranteeing system robustness and scalability.
- Champion DevOps methodologies, emphasizing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, while maintaining the highest standards of security and performance.
- Stay attuned to customer feedback and market shifts, ensuring the product continually evolves to meet the changing landscape.
- Prioritize a security-centric mindset within all teams, imparting knowledge on secure coding practices and relevant tools.
- Communicate transparently and effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every product phase.
- Use sharp business acumen and analytical skills to shape and steer the strategic objectives of the product and tech teams.
- Engage in strategic discussions with both product and non-product stakeholders, assuring clarity and congruence in objectives and strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in digital industries (FinTech, E-Commerce, WebApps, and Mobile Apps), and in an engineering role.
- Demonstrated capability in creating, maintaining, and driving product vision and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
- Extensive experience in building and leading highly scalable distributed systems, on-premise or on cloud platforms, especially Google.
- Strong software engineering skills.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Proven track record of embedding agility in organizational processes and mindset.
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices. Experience implementing or coaching secure coding, SAST, DAST, OWASP, SANS.
- Proven experience leading or implementing initiatives in product, design, planning, engineering, and/or operations.
- Proven experience in mentoring junior members of a team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive agility in thought and action, ensuring that agile principles are embodied and lived.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and strategies.
