- Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), especially Change Management.
- Proven experience in regularly leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) / Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Disaster Recovery Exercise planning and execution.
- Prior knowledge of IT Operations, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Applications, Core Banking, IT GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).
- Proficient in Jira Software & Jira Service Management (JSM), as well as similar project and ticketing tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven Experience developing & Review SOP.
- Able to work effectively both as a team player and individual contributor.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Curiosity mindset with continuous learning attitude.
- High initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
- Skilled mediator in conflict resolution and negotiations.
Minimum Qualifications

Organized & Led regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to manage and review changes.

Organized & Led Emergency Advisory Board (ECAB) meetings to handle critical production issues.

Reviewed and assessed readiness for planned changes in the production environment.

Collaborated cross-functionally with Business, Technology, Risk, Operations, Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Collaborate with relevant parties on the impact of changes in the production environment.

Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises for Relationship Banking (RB) and Digital Banking (DB) and Sistem Pembayaran Bank Indonesia (SPBI).

Managed the planning, execution, and reporting of DR exercises.

Developed & Annual Reviews the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).

Developed & Annual Reviews SOP of the Change Management SOP to ensure compliance and relevance.
