We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs to support our applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, performance, and reliability of systems in a cloud-based environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience as Backend Developer.
- Familiarity with Java Spring boot or .NET.
- Familiar with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud-based application development using GCP/AWS and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, backend security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for effective communication.
- Willing to work in the banking industry.
